Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Required: email, password (stored hashed), age group, time of consent. Optional: name or organisation, company details, alert channels (email, mobile for KakaoTalk, Slack/Teams webhooks), marketing consent. Consortium/contact forms: name, organisation, title, email, country, interests.

2. Why

Sign-in, memberships, tailored alerts, consortium introductions and online discussion, support, abuse prevention, legal obligations.

3. Retention

Deleted on account closure, except records Korean law requires us to keep (contracts and payments 5 years, complaints 3 years, access logs 3 months).

4. Sharing

Not shared except by law or with your consent. Consortium introductions share only what both sides agreed to.

5. Processors and transfers abroad

Authentication, hosting and form storage: Netlify, Inc. (USA), over encrypted connections, kept until account closure or end of service. Payment processor (when introduced): a licensed Korean PG.

6. Children

Data of under-14s is processed only with a parent's consent.

7. Your rights

Access, correct, delete, restrict or withdraw consent at any time via My account or 73036396@naver.com (answered within 10 days).

8. Security

Hashed passwords, HTTPS, least-privilege access, access logs.

9. Cookies and storage

A sign-in token is kept in your browser storage. No advertising trackers.
