1 Purpose

The Provider supplies GOV RADAR membership services and the Customer pays the fees.

2 Scope

Features follow the price list at signing; extra work (translation, online review, proposal support) is quoted separately.

3 Fees

Paid monthly or annually in advance, VAT excluded. Service may be paused if overdue.

4 Accounts

Seats are used within the contracted number and not shared with other organisations.

5 Nature of information

Content summarises public sources and is not investment or legal advice; the Customer checks originals before key decisions.

6 Confidentiality

Each party protects the other's non-public information during the term and for 3 years after.

7 Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' written (incl. email) notice; refunds follow the Refund Policy.

8 Liability cap

Except for intent or gross negligence, liability is capped at fees received in the preceding 12 months.

9 Law and venue

Korean law; Seoul Central District Court as court of first instance.

For commissioning introductions to partners for government projects and tenders.

1 Services

The Provider identifies suitable counterparts (buyer information, suppliers, consortium partners) in the Client's chosen countries and sectors and introduces them online.

2 Retainer

₩1.5M, ₩3M or ₩12M depending on scope, paid on signing (VAT excluded).

3 Success fee

3–5% of contract value received by the Client (cap ₩50M), payable within 30 days of first receipt; rate set in a schedule.

4 Non-circumvention

The fee applies to contracts with introduced parties within 24 months even without the Provider.

5 No guarantee

The Provider facilitates; it does not guarantee closing or counterpart performance.

6 Sanctions

Neither party deals with UN, US, EU or Korean sanctioned parties.

7 Term

Six months; 30 days' notice to terminate; the retainer is non-refundable once work has started.

For universities, institutes, banks, international organisations, governments, embassies, companies and experts joining the consortium. Non-binding.

1 Purpose

The parties share information on government and multilateral projects through GOV RADAR and identify and pursue joint projects online.

2 Areas

Information exchange, joint research and proposals, education and talent exchange, online remote review (incl. PhD faculty), joint events.

3 Operation

Online-first. Where a partner-country university consortium is formed, its PhD faculty join review and delivery. Roles, costs and outcomes per project are set in separate agreements.

4 Confidentiality

Non-public information is not disclosed without consent.

5 Names and logos

Used only with prior written (incl. email) consent.

6 Effect

A non-binding statement of intent; may be ended by email. One year, renewed annually unless either side objects.

To protect each other's materials before joint proposals or consortium talks.

1 Confidential information

Business, technical, price and customer information marked or by nature confidential.

2 Obligations

Use only for the purpose, disclose on a need-to-know basis, protect with due care.

3 Exceptions

Public information, independently developed information, disclosure required by law or court order.

4 Return

Return or destroy on request.

5 Term

Two years; confidentiality survives three years after.

6 Law

Korean law; Seoul Central District Court.

For universities, institutes and public bodies licensing staff and student accounts.

1 Licence

Staff and students use EDU-level features and full consortium membership within the contracted seats.

2 Fee

From ₩990,000 per year (quoted by seats and features), prepaid, VAT excluded.

3 Teaching use

Content may be used in courses, assignments and research with attribution; no commercial resale.

4 Joint projects

Projects involving the Licensee's PhD faculty follow the consortium MOU and separate agreements; publication terms are agreed in advance.

5 Personal data

Handled under the GOV RADAR Privacy Policy; not for under-14s.

6 Term

One year, renewed annually unless either side objects.
