- Submit a registration application following the muasamcong user manual
- Upload an authorisation if the legal representative delegates signing
- If not on the national enterprise register, upload the establishment decision, business registration or equivalent
- The E-procurement Centre processes within two working days and notifies via the system, email or app
- Check the latest rules for foreign bidders (digital signature, fees)
