How it works

- Paid skills taskOne paid task with a known answer key; pass criteria are shared in advance.
- Contract & payout set-upA deliverable-based service contract (confidentiality, IP) signed online; identity and sanctions check before the first payout.
- WorkYou check AI drafts (Claude, ChatGPT) against originals and record verdicts and evidence. No set hours.
- Review & payYour first 5 tasks are fully re-checked, then 5–10% samples. Accepted work is paid at the fixed rate.

Rates are set from timed tasks so the effective hourly rate is at least minimum wage. Same work, same rate, regardless of nationality.

We cannot pay sanctioned countries or persons. Tax handling is confirmed with a tax adviser.
