7-day withdrawal

Full refund within 7 days of payment if paid features (premium content, AI generation, downloads) were not used.

Cancelling after use

Cancel any time before the next billing date and keep access until then. Annual plans are refunded minus used months at the monthly rate.

Digital materials

Reports and templates already opened or downloaded cannot be withdrawn (Korean E-Commerce Act Art. 17(2)); this is shown before purchase.

Outages

If the Service is unavailable for 72+ consecutive hours due to us, we extend or refund that period.
